Welcome to Hansheng’s Kitchen. Hansheng’s Kitchen (“HSK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Lee Hansheng Studios. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products through Hansheng’s Kitchen.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the site or making a purchase.

Hansheng’s Kitchen is a curated kitchen and home goods retailer. Products offered through our store may be produced, supplied, fulfilled, or shipped by independent manufacturers and third-party fulfillment partners.

We select products we believe fit the standards and purpose of Hansheng’s Kitchen, but we do not manufacture every product sold through the store.

Materials, heat tolerances, dishwasher compatibility, microwave compatibility, oven safety, induction compatibility, food-contact limitations, and other specifications vary between products.

5. Prices and Payment

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors, discounts, or other listing mistakes.

If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you regarding the error and, where appropriate and legally permitted, offer the option to proceed under the corrected terms or cancel the affected item for a refund.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be displayed or calculated where required.

Submitting an order does not guarantee product availability or acceptance.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Hansheng’s Kitchen works with independent suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products within a single order may therefore ship from different locations, arrive separately, or have different processing and delivery times.

A third-party supplier's involvement in fulfillment does not change your relationship with Hansheng’s Kitchen regarding your purchase from our store.

Shipping and delivery are further governed by our Shipping Policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, supply disruptions, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Because products may originate from different suppliers, return instructions and eligibility may vary by product. Please do not return a product to a manufacturer, supplier, or address shown on its packaging unless instructed to do so by Hansheng’s Kitchen.
